1. Twist cap off and gently roll the metal dispensing ball across your top and bottom lip until you feel that you've applied enough. A couple swipes will do though. 
2. Twist cap back on when done and place glass tube somewhere safe so it doesn't break. 
3. Repeat step one after you smoke (and before if possible); this lip oil can also be applied after using the "Scrub My Sins Away" lip scrub for best reults.
