No returns. If item is faulty, a new one will be sent to you once proof of purchase is sent as well as proof that the item was damaged outside of your care.
How to Customize (Read Carefully)
Email the picture you want on your car freshener to (contact@sophisticatedscents.shop) along with your order confirmation. Also, in the text area, write a brief description of the picture you will be sending so I make sure I'm using the correct photo for your freshener. Be sure to select the fragrance you would like. If you ordered other items on the site along with the car freshener they will all be shipped out at once. THE PICTURE ON YOUR CAR FRESHENER WILL BE IN COLOR UNLESS YOU REQUEST FOR IT TO BE IN BLACK AND WHITE !
Directions
- Open car freshener and hang it up using the attached string around your rearview mirror or another safe, nondistracting place in your vehicle. When hanging the car freshener in your car be sure to not remove the plastic covering fully. Remove the plastic down 1/3 or 1/4 of the way.
- When the fragrance starts to wear off remove the plastic covering down another 1/3 or 1/4 of the way.
- Repeat step 2 until the plastic covering is all the way off.
- Once the plastic is all the way off and the freshener no longer carries a scent you can remove it or leave it hanging as a decoration or reuse it by spraying Sophisticated Scents "Everything Oil" on it.
