• When the wax is visibly low, discontinue use.
• Wicks are pretrimmed but before you light the candle check to make sure that the wick is not too long. The wick should not be longer than 1/4 of an inch.

1. Sit candle on a sturdy surface away from children, pets and flammable objects.
2. Carefully light candle in the desired area of your home, office etc. If using this candle to get rid of smoke odor simply light the candle in the area you will be smoking in, let it burn while you're smoking and continue to let the candle burn after you've finished. 
3. Allow candle to burn undisturbed and keep an eye on it. 
4. When you're ready to put the candle out simply blow out the flame. It is recommended that you don't burn any candle for more than four hours.
